Milbank Advises Loimua Oy on Its Acquisition of Leppäkosken Lämpö

Milbank LLP advised Loimua Oy, a district heating and energy services platform owned by Aberdeen, CVC DIF and LPPI, on the financing of its acquisition of Leppäkosken Lämpö under its existing common terms platform.

Leppäkosken Lämpö’s core business consists of district heating and industrial energy services and complements Loimua Oy’s existing capabilities.
