Milbank LLP advised the joint Bookrunners in connection with the issuance by Vivion Investments S.à r.l. of €300 million 3.50% Senior Notes due 2025.

Vivion is a commercial real estate company focused on the ownership, management and improvement of hotels and commercial office property in the United Kingdom and Germany.

The notes are the second offering of the company and are being offered to the market three months after the company’s debut issuance and shortly after the company completed a series of transformative transactions, including a holding company reorganization, several acquisitions and a disposal of property, a separation of property-owning companies from operating companies and the refinancing of certain indebtedness. The net proceeds will be used for the acquisition of real estate assets in Germany.

The Milbank team was led by European Leveraged Finance/Capital Markets partner Apostolos Gkoutzinis, special counsel Randy Nahlé and associates Delia A. Solomon and Maria C. Schweinberger. The team also included Alternative Investments partner James Warbey and associate Azeem Sulemanji.
