Milbank LLP has advised the arrangers in connection with Cognita School’s new €1.159 billion term loan B and revolving credit facilities.
Cognita is a leading global schools group operating a community of connected schools spanning 16 different countries with over 100 schools in Asia, Europe, Latin America, the Middle East and India and North America.
