Milbank Advises Financing Sources in Connection with Advent’s Acquisition of u-blox

Milbank LLP advised the financing sources in connection with ZI Zenith S.à r.l.'s (“Zenith”), a European indirect subsidiary of funds managed and/or advised by Advent International, L.P. (“Advent”), acquisition of u-blox Holding AG  (SIX: UBXN), pursuant to a tender offer.

u-blox is a global leader in critical connectivity and positioning technologies. Under Advent’s ownership, the focus will be on strengthening u-blox’s market position, accelerating growth, and capturing rising demand across automotive and industrial end-markets as well as adjacent segments.
