Milbank LLP advised ElvalHalcor Hellenic Copper and Aluminium Industry, S.A. (“ElvalHalcor” or the “Company”) in connection with its offering, through a non-preemptive issue, of 59,523,810 new ordinary, registered, voting, dematerialized shares to institutional investors internationally and to retail and qualified investors in Greece, at an offer price of €4.20 per new share. The transaction generated gross proceeds of approximately €250 million, which will be used to facilitate the execution of ElvalHalcor’s 2026-2030 targeted growth investment plan across its Aluminium and Copper segments.
