Milbank LLP has advised Arini, a leading alternative credit manager with approximately $11.5 billion in assets under management, on a £130m super senior financing package, including a Revolving Credit Facility (RCF) and a Term Loan, to Victoria plc, a UK-based company that designs, manufactures and distributes flooring products globally.
The Milbank team was led by European Leveraged Finance/Capital Markets partners Suhrud Mehta, Laura Bonamis, associates Arkadiusz Czekaj, Obinna Mezu, Joshua Bourke, and included Restructuring partner Yushan Ng.
