Mr. Romain is a partner in Milbank’s Los Angeles office. He is a leading trial lawyer with more than two decades of experience representing individuals and corporations in high-stakes complex commercial litigation, white collar defense, and internal investigations. He was recently featured in the 2022 Black In-House Counsel (BIHC) Annual Report, which chronicles the success of Black attorneys in both corporations and law firms, and served as a member of Law360’s editorial advisory boards for 2021.
