Mr. Lu is a partner in the Los Angeles office of Milbank whose practice focuses on patent litigation and life sciences matters. He has represented clients in matters involving patent infringement, DNA sequencing, biosimilars, US-China trade secret misappropriation, and licensing disputes. He has a Doctor of Pharmacy and is conversant in Mandarin Chinese.
Mr. Romain is a partner in the Los Angeles office of Milbank and a leading national trial lawyer with more than 20 years of experience representing individuals and corporations in high-stakes complex commercial litigation, white collar defense, and internal investigations. He has successfully defended numerous law firms, accounting firms, and actuarial firms against claims of professional negligence and malpractice. He has also defended individuals and corporations against allegations of campaign finance violations, obstruction of justice, bank fraud, environmental pollution, theft, fraudulent misappropriation, and attempted murder.
Mr. Marks is a partner in the Los Angeles office of Milbank, the host of Milbank’s Law, Policy & Markets podcast and one of the world's leading project finance lawyers, with deep expertise across many sectors, including power and renewable energy, transportation, airports, rail, port terminals, water, oil and gas, social infrastructure, and telecommunications and digital infrastructure.
