Kilian de Cintré is a associate in Milbank’s Global Project, Energy and Infrastructure Finance Group in London and was recognized by IFLR in the Project Finance category. He has a wide range of project development and finance experience in the oil and gas, energy and infrastructure sectors and represents both lenders and sponsors.
Claire Bridcut is a London-based associate in Milbank’s Alternative Investments Practice and was recognized in the Structured Finance & Securitization category. She has broad experience in structured finance and derivative transactions, particularly with CLOs and bespoke structured lending deals, portfolio total return and credit default swaps. She also advises on the related UK/EU regulatory framework, focusing on the EU risk retention regime as it applies to both EU and US securitization transactions.
