Milbank LLP Antitrust Partner Andrea Hamilton participated in a panel discussion focused on “New Enforcement Trends and Practical Review Against Vertical Restraints” at the International Bar Association’s 17th Competition Mid-Year Conference on June 8 in Singapore. Ms. Hamilton, joined by panelists from King & Wood Mallesons, Mori Hamada & Matsumoto, Gibson Dunn & Crutcher, Junhe and Reycol, discussed comparative global enforcement trends in vertical restraints, including in the UK and EU.
