Primary Focus & Experience
Ben trained at Milbank, gaining exposure to a range of transactional and contentious practice areas, including in Milbank’s Transportation and Space, Leveraged Finance and Corporate departments, before qualifying into the firm’s Litigation & Arbitration Group.
Ben has experience of complex commercial litigation in the English Courts. He has also advised financial parties in cross-border aviation, debt finance and corporate transactions.
