Andres Osornio Ocaranza

Primary Focus & Experience

Mr. Osornio focuses on domestic and cross-border capital markets and finance matters, representing domestic and foreign companies, private equity firms and their portfolio companies, as well as US and foreign financial institutions. He has extensive experience in securities offerings in the international capital markets, liability management transactions and financial restructurings, leverage sponsor buyouts and acquisition financings, and project finance and infrastructure transactions in the context of both bank and capital markets financings.

Mr. Osornio has been listed as a notable practitioner by IFLR 1000. Mr. Osornio received his LL.B. and a certificate in Mexican commercial law from Universidad Panamericana at Mexico City, School of Law and his LL.M. from Duke University, School of Law. Mr. Osornio is admitted to practice in the State of New York and Mexico. He is a native Spanish speaker.
