He specialises in acquisitions and infrastructure financings. He advises leading financial institutions, private equity and infrastructure investors as well as corporate institutions on domestic and cross-border transactions, including leveraged buyouts, secured and unsecured bank lending, syndicated loans and unitranche financings. Other areas of expertise include asset finance and restructuring.

Recognition & Accomplishments

Prior to joining Milbank, Alexander Lang worked in the London, Sydney and Munich offices of a “Magic Circle” law firm. He studied law at the University of Göttingen. Alexander Lang is admitted to the German bar and speaks German, English as well as Russian.
