Milbank Recognized for Four Restructuring Deals by Turnarounds & Workouts

NEW YORK, January 30, 2015 –Turnarounds & Workouts recognized Milbank for its role in four successful restructurings of 2014. The annual T&W report identifies the twelve most complex and effective distressed company restructurings of the year. Milbank was recognized for the following:

  • Momentive Performance Materials Inc. – Counsel to an ad hoc creditors’ committee
  • IAP Worldwide Services – Counsel to the company
  • Overseas Shipholding Group – Counsel to the agent for revolving credit facility lenders
  • Select Staffing – Counsel to the steering committee of 1st and 2nd lien lenders
