Primary Focus & Experience
Ms. Han is a debt finance attorney with extensive experience representing private equity sponsors and public and private companies across a broad range of complex financing transactions, including syndicated and non-syndicated financings, domestic and cross-border financings, add-on financings, refinancings and bankruptcy matters. She has represented clients in transactions across a broad range of industries, including healthcare, financial services, technology, manufacturing, hospitality and retail.
