Ms. d’Aquino’s practice focuses on the representation of financial institutions and project sponsors on a range of US, Latin American and other cross-border project development, financing and merger & acquisition transactions across the energy and infrastructure sectors.

Ms. d'Aquino earned her J.D. cum laude from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, where she served as an editor of the Northwestern University Law Review. Ms. d’Aquino holds two Master’s degrees from University College London and Sapienza Università di Roma, respectively, and she received her B.A. with highest honors from Università degli Studi di Siena.
