Tom advises on a broad range of structured finance matters, with particular experience in ABS, CLO and derivative transactions across multiple asset classes.
Recognition & Accomplishments
Prior to joining Milbank, Tom practiced in the capital markets group of another leading US-based law firm and completed a secondment with a global investment bank.
