Primary Focus & Experience
Termé has advised on a wide range of structured finance transactions, with particular emphasis on European collateralized loan obligations (CLOs) across both the broadly syndicated loan and the emerging private credit/middle market sectors.
Termé has experience acting for leading CLO managers and bank arrangers on warehouse financings, new issuances and refinancings, and has acted on risk retention structures and the establishment and operation of CLO equity funds.
Recognition & Accomplishments
Termé has completed a secondment in the securitized products group of a global investment bank.
