Primary Focus & Experience
Sushmita represents borrowers, sponsors and financial institutions across a range of corporate and financial transactions, with a focus on high yield bonds, equity and debt securities offerings across a broad range of industries, including retail, life sciences and gaming.
Sushmita received her Master of Laws from Stanford Law School, where she was a Fellow at the High Impact Technology Fund and the Tech Impact and Policy Center. Prior to joining Milbank, she was an associate at a leading law firm in India, advising on mergers and acquisitions, restructurings and general corporate matters.
