Steve Goff

Primary Focus & Experience

Mr. Goff’s practice is focused on representing financial institutions, debt and equity investors, underwriters, sponsors, issuers, borrowers, leasing companies and airlines in connection with a broad range of transactions involving aviation, rail, space and other asset classes. His experience includes commercial debt financings, asset-backed securities offerings, financial restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, receivables financings, predelivery payment facilities, portfolio acquisitions and divestments, and operating and finance leases.

Recognition & Accomplishments

Mr. Goff earned his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law and received his B.A. from the University of Rochester.
