Primary Focus & Experience
Stephen acts for a range of lessors, financial institutions, operators and alternative lenders on a variety of aircraft asset leasing and financing transactions, including sale and leaseback transactions, JOLCO financing, sale and purchases, refinancings and aircraft deliveries.
A selection of Stephen’s experience includes advising:
- Numerous lenders in connection with JOLCO financing of various wide- and narrow-body aircraft for a flag carrier airline.*
- A lessor in connection with the sale, purchase and novation of various aircraft on lease to various lessees.*
- An alternative lender in connection with the JOLCO financing of aircraft on lease to an airline based in Turkey.*
- A South America-based airline in connection with aircraft deliveries, sub-leases and leases.*
- An Asia-based airline in connection with sale and leaseback transactions, aircraft deliveries and financings.*
