Solomon Olukoya

Primary Focus & Experience

Mr. Olukoya advises lenders and borrowers on complex cross-border real estate finance transactions, including investment and development loans across a wide range of real estate asset classes. He represents the full suite of clients active in the real estate finance market, including major international banks, investment funds, private equity sponsors, arrangers and agents. Mr. Olukoya completed secondments with a major international bank in 2020 and with an alternative asset manager in London in 2026.

Mr. Olukoya’s recent transactions include:

• Advising a borrower backed by Oaktree Capital Management on a €415 million refinancing in respect of the Glass Bottle Development in Dublin.
• Advising a US fund on a £250 million Loan on Loan warehouse facility in respect of commercial mortgage loans involving European underlying assets.*
• Advising a US fund on a €200 million facility to fund the development of a portfolio of build-to-rent and build-to-sell properties in Ireland.*
• Advising Arini Capital Management as lender on a £186 million facility for Goldman Sachs-backed Riverstone Living.*
• Advising DRC Savills Investment Management as lender on the refinancing and capex facility for the redevelopment of Fitzroy House.*
