Primary Focus & Experience
Mr. Fishbein's recent experience includes the representation of:
- The tax equity investor in connection with the financing of the Revolution Wind project located offshore of North Kingstown, Rhode Island. The Revolution Wind project will consist of a wind farm capable of generating approximately 715 MWac of energy.
- The lender in connection with the financing of various data center projects located in the United States and abroad.
- Blackstone, as leader of an investor consortium consisting of Global Atlantic, Apollo-managed funds and Goldman Sachs, in connection with a $7 billion equity investment to fund the development, construction and operation of Sempra Infrastructure Partners’ Port Arthur LNG Phase 2 (named "North America LNG Deal of the Year" by Proximo).
- The lenders in connection with the financing of a portfolio of 65 distributed generation photovoltaic solar and battery energy storage projects located in California and Illinois, totaling approximately 59.01 MW for ForeFront Power.
- The lenders in connection with an acquisition financing in which Global Infrastructure Partners will purchase Eversource’s 50% equity interest in the South Fork and Revolution offshore wind projects being developed by Ørsted.
