Riva Bhalla is an associate in the London office of Milbank LLP and a member of the firm’s Corporate practice.
Primary Focus & Experience
Riva has experience acting on a broad range of domestic and cross-border corporate matters, including public and private mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, capital raises and general corporate advisory work.
Prior to joining Milbank, Riva was a senior associate in the corporate team of a Magic Circle law firm. Riva has also spent ten months on secondment as an associate to a tech and life sciences law firm in Mountain View, California.

- Xplorer Capital on its recommended cash offer for CloudCall*
- Virgin Group on Virgin Active’s capital raise and acquisition of the nutrition assets of the Real Foods Group*
- ContourGlobal on the disposal of its Brazil hydro business to Pátria Investments*
- Bloomsbury on a variety of acquisitions and corporate actions, including the acquisitions of Head of Zeus and Red Globe Press*
- Schneider on the acquisition of Zeigo*
- Synthomer on its rights issue*
