Rana-Liz is developing a broad structure finance practice, including advising on securitisations (including CLOs), derivatives and related regulatory matters.
Recognition & Accomplishments
Rana-Liz completed her training contract at a leading law firm in London, with experience in banking litigation (class actions), asset-backed securitisations and corporate energy and infrastructure, including an international secondment to Paris, where she worked on cross-border oil and gas, mining, onshore wind and BESS procurement projects.
Rana-Liz is fluent in English and Romanian.
