Priyanka has experience acting on a broad range of cross-border restructuring and insolvency matters, in both in-court and out-of-court processes, for a variety of stakeholders, including creditors, debtors, sponsors, strategic investors, banks, agents and trustees.  

A selection of Priyanka’s experience includes advising:

• Sino Ocean in respect of its $6 billion cross-border restructuring via an English restructuring plan and parallel Hong Kong scheme of arrangement.*
• An ad hoc group of junior bondholders in respect of the first restructuring plan of Thames Water.*
• Sunac China Holdings Limited in its $10.2 billion offshore debt restructuring via a Hong Kong scheme of arrangement.*
