Primary Focus & Experience

Patrick advises debtors, creditors and sponsors of distressed companies in complex cross-border financial restructurings and special situations. He has also extensive capital markets, leverage finance and M&A experience.

Notable matters include:

• Representing an ad hoc group of senior lenders in the recapitalization of Accell Group
• Representing Apax-backed Takko on its recapitalization*
• Representing KKR in its $2.2 billion take private of ContourGlobal*
• Representing TDR and I Squared Capital in the £2 billion equivalent acquisition financing of Aggreko involving senior secured and senior notes*
• Representing KKR-backed Q-Park on its refinancing of high-yield notes*

Recognition & Accomplishments 

Patrick earned his LL.M. from Columbia Law School as a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and graduated in law as a merit scholar from University of Graz, Austria.
