Primary Focus & Experience
Pascal’s practice focuses on the acquisition and sale of companies, including leveraged buyouts, public takeovers, minority investments, carve-outs, joint ventures and consortium deals. He regularly advises private equity sponsors, family offices and international companies on complex M&A transactions across a variety of sectors.
Recognition & Accomplishments
He studied law at the universities of Heidelberg, Copenhagen and Munich. He spent his legal clerkship (Referendariat) in our offices in Munich and New York.
Pascal Härdtner is admitted to the German bar and speaks German and English.
