Pascal Härdtner specializes in mergers and acquisitions, including private and public takeovers as well as joint ventures. He regularly represents private equity investors, family offices and multinational corporations in a wide range of industries.
Recognition & Accomplishments
He studied law at the universities of Heidelberg, Copenhagen and Munich. He spent his legal clerkship (Referendariat) in our offices in Munich and New York.
