Primary Focus & Experience
Mr. Hashmi focuses on the analysis of capital structures and debt documentation in connection with liability management and other financing transactions. He advises clients on capital structure strategy to anticipate issues and structure creative financing and out-of-court restructuring solutions. He has experience representing private equity sponsors, borrowers and lenders, including financial institutions, credit funds and ad hoc creditor groups, in a wide range of transactions, including acquisition financings, direct lending, liability management transactions and in- and out-of-court restructurings.
