Noor has experience acting on a broad range of matters, with specific experience in advising sponsors, borrowers, lenders and agents on international projects and financings.

• TotalEnergies and various of its joint venture counterparts on a large number of covered loan arrangements across multiple geographies and sectors including various renewables projects.
• Advised Novo Energy AB (a joint venture of Northvolt and Volvo Cars) in connection with the development and financing of an up to 30 GWh/yr lithium battery gigafactory in Sweden.
• Advised Breakthrough Energy Catalyst on its acquisition of an equity interest in the FlagshipONE hydrogen to e-methanol project.
• Advised the lenders (including JBIC and Islamic banks) on the financing of the PetroRabigh Refining and Petrochemicals Project in Saudi Arabia.
• Advised EBRD, IFC, DEG, BSTDB and SACE on approximately 900 million USD project financing for the Etlik Hospital PPP in Turkey.*
• Advised the lenders on project financing for the construction of Izmir and Kocaeli Hospital PPPs in Turkey.*
• Advised Umicore NV on metal sourcing and processing in relation to the creation of a joint venture with PowerCo SE, the Volkswagen AG battery subsidiary, to establish the first large-scale supply chain for sustainable batteries for electric vehicles in Europe.*
• Advised Solvay on its joint venture with Orbia to build EV material supply facilities in the US.*
• Advised Siccar Point Energy and its sponsors, Blackstone Energy Partners and Blue Water Energy, on the project aspects of the sale of Siccar Point Energy to Ithaca Energy.*
• Advised a Middle Eastern investment fund on its divestment of interests in solar and wind farms in Saudi Arabia.*
• Advised Vinci and Meridiam on the development of a road PPP in Kenya (Nairobi – Nakuru – Mau Summit).*
