Primary Focus & Experience
Nikhilesh has experience advising clients on a range of structured finance transactions with particular expertise in collateralized loan obligations (CLOs) and other complex securitization transactions. Nikhilesh advises arrangers, portfolio managers and investors on all stages of CLO structuring, execution and lifecycle management, including warehouse facilities, refinancing and reset transactions, and regulatory considerations.
Before joining Milbank, Nikhilesh previously worked at a magic circle law firm where he focused on CLOs and private credit transactions.
