Primary Focus & Experience
Mr. Milburn represents financial institutions, issuers, underwriters, lessors and operators in a wide range of international financial and corporate transactions in the aviation and satellite sectors, including secured and unsecured lending, cross-border financings, structured financings, debtor-in-possession financings, finance and operating leases, acquisitions and dispositions of assets and companies owning or leasing assets, securitizations, joint ventures and mergers and acquisitions.
He has led numerous transactions which have won awards from Ishka Airfinance, Airline Economics, Global Capital Asia, Asiamoney, Power Finance & Risk, Global Transport Finance, S&P Global Platts and other industry publications.
Recognition & Accomplishments
Mr. Milburn earned his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School and received his B.A. from the University of Minnesota.
