Natasha Khan is an associate in the Washington, DC office of Milbank LLP and a member of the firm’s Litigation & Arbitration Group.

Primary Focus & Experience

Prior to joining Milbank, Ms. Khan served as law clerk to Chief Judge Sri Srinivasan of the US Court of Appeals for the DC Circuit and Judge Christopher R. Cooper of the US District Court for the District of Columbia. She also served as a clinical teaching fellow at the Georgetown Law Appellate Courts Immersion Clinic, where she litigated complex public interest cases and argued five appeals.

Recognition & Accomplishments

Ms. Khan earned her J.D. from Yale Law School, where she was a Coker Fellow teaching assistant in constitutional law. She also participated in the San Francisco Affirmative Litigation Project and the Housing Clinic. Before law school, she worked as a legal analyst at a New York private equity firm. Ms. Khan received her B.A., summa cum laude, from Georgetown University.
