Primary Focus & Experience
As a member of Milbank’s Supreme Court and Appellate Practice, Ms. Nogueira works on matters at all levels of the federal judiciary. Fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, French and German, she brings a broad international perspective to her work.
Recognition & Accomplishments
Ms. Nogueira received her J.D. from Yale University, her M.Sc. in criminal justice from the University of Oxford and her B.A. from Harvard University. Previously, she was an associate at an intellectual property law firm and co-founded Yale Law School’s Technology and Accountability Clinic. Before joining Milbank, she clerked for the Honorable Todd M. Hughes of the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
