He advises companies on capital market transactions and public takeovers as well as on general capital market, securities and corporate law matters.

His advice includes the reorganization of companies pre-IPO and the optimization of their corporate governance structures. He advises listed companies, their management and supervisory boards on corporate governance matters and post-IPO obligations.

Recognition & Accomplishments

He studied law at the University of Bayreuth with a focus on corporate and capital markets law. As part of his training, he gained practical experience at various international law firms in Germany as well as at Milbank in Frankfurt and New York.

Moritz Suchy is admitted to the German bar and speaks German, English and French.
