Morgan has experience acting on a broad range of matters, with particular experience in formal processes and special sits lending. He acts for a broad range of clients including financial institutions, investors, corporates and trustees and agents.

A selection of Morgan’s experience includes advising:

• Intrum AB in connection with its comprehensive recapitalization
• The finance parties with respect to the financial restructuring of an offshore wind project *
• The Agent and existing term loan lenders with respect to Petroserv’s scheme of arrangement *
• Nostrum Oil & Gas plc in connection with its restructuring *
• Swissport, with respect to its global restructuring and recapitalization *
