Primary Focus & Experience
Molly has experience advising on a broad range of complex, multijurisdictional restructuring and insolvency matters involving companies and stakeholders based in the United Kingdom, Europe, Asia, North America and Latin America. Molly works with clients throughout the capital structure, advising creditors, sponsors, strategic investors, banks, agents and debtors on restructurings of stressed and distressed businesses.

- Sunac China Holdings on its $10.2 billion offshore debt restructuring.*
- An ad hoc group of bondholders in relation to Thames Water’s first restructuring plan.*
- Atento on its restructuring and capital raise implemented by two parallel English Restructuring Plans.*
- Schur Flexibles Group on its financial restructuring.*
- Merced Capital on the restructuring and acquisition of Telford Offshore Group.*
- Modern Land (China) in the restructuring of its $1.34 billion offshore notes.*
- RiseSun Real Estate Development and its subsidiaries in the restructuring of the Group’s offshore dollar-denominated notes.*
- Travelex on its financial and operational restructuring via a pre-packaged administration sale.*
