Primary Focus & Experience
Michaël acts for both borrowers and lenders on a variety of financing transactions. His experience spans multiple sectors including renewable energy (solar, wind), oil and gas, data centers, real estate and general corporate loans. Michaël also has experience in investment funds transactions (both in private practice and in-house) and financial services regulatory matters.
Recognition & Accomplishments
Prior to joining Milbank, Michaël worked as an associate in the Tokyo office of another US law firm. He began his career with a leading French law firm in Paris, and has also worked as in-house counsel at a leading international bank.
Michaël is a native French speaker and is fluent in English, Japanese, Spanish and Italian.
