Primary Focus & Experience
Mr. Holt’s practice is focused on investment funds and asset management, representing global fund managers in the structuring, formation and operation of private investment funds and related vehicles, including credit funds, real estate funds, energy and infrastructure funds, funds-of-funds and co-investment vehicles. He also regularly advises sovereign wealth funds, pension funds and other institutional investors in connection with their investments in private funds, separately managed accounts, funds-of-one and similar bespoke investment structures.
Previously, Mr. Holt was corporate counsel at international law firms and served as senior in-house fund counsel at Atalaya Capital Management.
Recognition & Accomplishments
Mr. Holt received his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law. He received his B.A. from Georgetown University.
