Matthew Freifeld

Primary Focus and Experience

Mr. Freifeld concentrates his practice on a broad range of commercial real estate transactions, including real estate finance, acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, restructurings and development projects. He regularly represents lenders, borrowers, private equity sponsors, investment funds and joint venture partners in connection with mortgage, mezzanine, construction and warehouse financings across a variety of asset classes, including data centers, hospitality, industrial, office, residential and mixed-use properties. Mr. Freifeld also has experience advising clients on complex workouts, loan modifications, foreclosures and other distressed real estate matters.
