Primary Focus & Experience:
Marshall advises lessors and financial institutions on a range of cross-border aircraft finance and leasing transactions, including secured/ unsecured financings and refinancings, portfolio sales and novations and operating leases.
Prior to joining Milbank, Marshall was a junior associate at a leading international law firm in London, where he developed extensive transactional experience across corporate finance, fund finance and restructuring matters.
