Marco Ying (应方舟) is an associate of Milbank LLP and a member of the firm's Global Project, Energy and Infrastructure Finance Group. Based out of the Hong Kong office, Marco has experience advising major international banks, alternative capital providers, private equity sponsors and corporate borrowers in a variety of finance transactions, including cross-border acquisition financings and secured syndicated facilities across numerous sectors.

While at Columbia Law School Marco was the senior editor of The American Review of International Arbitration and the president of the Society for Chinese Law. He is fluent in both English and Mandarin.
