Primary Focus & Experience
Marc has experience acting on a broad range of matters, with specific experience in asset-backed structured finance. Marc is developing a broad structured finance practice, including securitisation, CLO and derivative transactions.
Recognitions & Accomplishments
Prior to joining Milbank, Marc spent nine months on secondment in the content investigation team of a global technology and communications company, six months in Brussels on international secondment working on European commission anti-subsidy and anti-dumping investigations, and six months on secondment in the structured securities group of a global investment bank.
