Primary Focus & Experience

Lipi’s practice focuses on advising corporates, sponsors, sovereign wealth funds and institutional investors on complex transactions across a range of sectors. 

A selection of Lipi’s representations includes: 

• Bally’s Intralot S.A on its £243 million acquisition of evoke plc, a betting and gaming company and owner of brands including William iHill and 888.
• Nscale Ventures on its €465 million acquisition of Start Campus’s data centre project in Sines, Portugal.
• CrediaBank S.A. on the acquisition of a majority stake in HSBC Bank Malta p.l.c.
• Masdar on its €3.2 billion acquisition of Terna Energy, a Greek-listed renewable energy group.*
• bp on its joint venture with Iberdrola to create electronic charging infrastructure across Spain and Portugal.*
• CEZ Group on its equity investment into Rolls Royce SMR.*

Lipi has also been seconded to a global investment management firm in London, where she assisted with structuring, legal and regulatory analysis, and deal execution for various portfolio investments in renewable energy projects across Southeast Asia and Africa.
