Primary Focus & Experience

Linda's recent experience includes the representation of: 

• Blackstone Credit & Insurance, as leader of an investor consortium consisting of Global Atlantic, Apollo-managed funds and Private Credit at Goldman Sachs Alternatives, in connection with a $7 billion equity investment to fund the development, construction and operation of Sempra Infrastructure Partners’ Port Arthur LNG Phase 2.
• LS Power as Seller in connection with the sale of two natural-gas fired power plants located in the PJM market, being the Rolling Hills Project, a 1,023MW combustion turbine natural gas facility in Wilkesville, Ohio, and the Hummel Station Project, a 1,124MW Hummel combined cycle natural gas facility in Shamokin Dam, Pennsylvania, to Capital Power Investments LLC.
• The lenders in connection with the $750 million financing of data centers to be located in Abilene, Texas and Amarillo, Texas for Crusoe.
• The lenders in connection with the financing for MidOcean Energy Holding, LLC’s equity contribution for the acquisition by MidOcean Energy Holdings Limited of a 20% equity interest in key Canadian entities from PETRONAS, Malaysia’s state-owned oil and gas corporation.
• The lenders in connection with two separate $610 million and $615 million financings of Blue Owl’s 50 MW data centers fully leased to CoreWeave, Inc. in Virginia. 
• Stonepeak Infrastructure Partners, as lender, in connection with its development loan facility to Half Moon Power to develop solar and energy storage projects in California.
