Primary Focus & Experience
Ms. Wolf’s litigation practice focuses on a range of complex commercial and financial restructuring matters. She represents debtors, creditors’ committees, lenders, equity holders, and other stakeholders in restructuring matters, both in and out of court. Ms. Wolf also represents clients in various sensitive investigations and has advised and litigated as to corporate governance matters.
Ms. Wolf maintains an active and diverse pro bono practice involving immigration issues, civil rights, and First Amendment litigation.
Recognition & Accomplishments
Ms. Wolf received her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law, where she served as executive editor of the Virginia Law Review.
Ms. Wolf is a seven-time winner of Milbank’s Pro Bono Achievement Award for her outstanding commitment to justice. She is a member of the DC Bar’s pro bono honor roll. She has also been a presenter in numerous training programs for incoming and developing Milbank associates.
