Primary Focus & Experience
Ms. Wolf’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and financial restructuring litigation. She has represented debtors, creditors’ committees, equity holders, funds, and other entities in restructuring matters, both in and out of court. Ms. Wolf has also represented clients in white collar criminal and regulatory matters and internal investigations involving, among other US and foreign authorities, the US Department of Justice and US Securities and Exchange Commission. She also maintains an active and diverse pro bono practice involving immigration matters, civil rights issues, and First Amendment litigation.
Recognition & Accomplishments
Ms. Wolf received her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law, where she served as executive editor of the Virginia Law Review.
Ms. Wolf is a five-time winner of Milbank’s Pro Bono Achievement award and was named to the DC Bar’s pro bono honor roll.
