Ms. Rosen received her J.D., summa cum laude, from Seton Hall University School of Law, where she graduated as Valedictorian of her class and was inducted into the Order of the Coif. She served as Comments Editor of the Seton Hall Law Review and was a member of the Interscholastic Moot Court Board. Ms. Rosen received her B.S., magna cum laude, in Special Education from the University of South Florida.
