Jiwoo Seol

Primary Focus & Experience

Jiwoo regularly advises on a range of corporate and M&A transactions, as well as financings in the energy and infrastructure sectors. She has experience advising infrastructure funds, private equity investors, asset managers, project sponsors and developers as well as commercial lenders and Korean and international export credit agencies. Her experience covers renewables, conventional power, petrochemicals and industrial manufacturing projects, including inbound investments in Korea and cross-border financings.

Recognition & Accomplishments

Prior to joining Milbank, Jiwoo was an associate at a leading international law firm headquartered in the UK. She received an LLB from the London School of Economics and Political Science and an LLM in Legal Practice (Solicitors) from BPP University.
