Jacqueline Pasquel is an associate in the New York office of Milbank LLP and a member of the firm's Global Project, Energy and Infrastructure Finance Group.

Primary Focus & Experience

Jacqueline's recent experience includes the representation of:

  • The lenders in connection with the acquisition by Stonepeak of a 40% stake in Louisiana LNG Infrastructure, a joint venture with Woodside Energy Group Ltd., who is the owner of a liquefied natural gas production and export terminal in Louisiana (named “Infrastructure Acquisition Deal of the Year, North America” by IJGlobal).
  • The lenders in connection with the $1.6 billion financing of the Bay Runner Pipeline, comprised of an approximately 141-mile, 42 inch natural gas mainline and an approximately 5-mile, 48 inch infrastate natural gas transportation pipeline in Texas.
  • The lenders in connection with the financing and subsequent expansion of an approximately 2.5 Bcf/d natural gas pipeline system comprised of an approximately the Blackcomb Pipeline, a 367-mile, 42-inch natural gas pipeline linking the Waha Hub in the Permian Basin to the Agua Dulce Hub and an approximately 80-mile, 42-inch lateral pipeline into the Midland Basin in Texas, and the Traverse Pipeline, an  approximately 152-mile, 42-inch pipeline connecting Agua Dulce and the Katy area in Texas (named "Midstream Deal of the Year, North America" by IJGlobal).
  • LS Power in connection with the $405 million financing of Clearlight Energy’s, an LS Power subsidiary, renewable energy portfolio in Canada.
  • LS Power in connection with the financing of the Canton MacNider Wind Project, owned by Clearlight Energy (an LS Power subsidiary), in Saint-Damase, Québec, with a contracted capacity of 122 MW.
  • PureSky Energy in connection with the construction and tax equity financing with Monarch Energy for the construction and development of 6 solar projects totaling 30.5 MW.
  • Tallgrass Energy Partners in connection with the financing of the development of a carbon capture, transportation and sequestration project in the states of Wyoming, Colorado, Iowa Nebraska and Iowa (named “Carbon Capture Deal of the Year” by IJGlobal).
  • The lenders in connection with the financing of the Central Oasis project in Chile, consisting of the Gran Teno, Tamango, and Planchón power plants, which together contribute 398 MW of solar capacity and 1.4 GWh of storage.
  • The lenders in connection with the financing and acquisition of over 3 GW of top-performing renewable, energy storage, flexible gas and renewable fuels generation capacity and approximately 1.8 GW of development projects, both of which throughout the US and Canada.
  • Rev Renewables in connection with a private placement for the refinancing of Seneca, an approximately 451 MW pumped storage hydroelectric generating facility in Pennsylvania, and Yards Creek, an approximately 420 MW pumped storage hydroelectric generating facility located in New Jersey.
  • Ferrovial in connection with the refinancing of a 250 km 2x220kV new power transmission line connecting 3 substations in Chile, and the 3 km 4x220kV new power transmission line connection a substation to the Los Piuquenes-Tap Mauro transmission line located in Chile.

Recognition & Accomplishments

Jacqueline earned her LL.M. from New York University School of Law and her J.D. from Universidad Iberoamericana Ciudad de México.
