Primary Focus & Experience

Irene has experience acting on a broad range of cross-border debt finance transactions, refinancings and restructurings for a variety of lenders, including private credit funds, commercial and investment banks, and other financial institutions. 

A selection of Irene’s experience includes:

• Advising the financing sources in connection with Stone Point Capital’s acquisition of Amber River, one of the UK’s largest and fastest-growing independent wealth management advisory firms.
• Advising the financing sources to provide a debt financing package in support of Apollo’s acquisition of the Kelvion Group, a leading global provider of highly engineered, mission-critical and resource-efficient thermal management solutions.
• Advising the financing sources in connection with Bridgepoint’s acquisition of a majority stake in mydentist, the UK’s leading provider of affordable dentistry.
• Advising an ad hoc group of senior lenders on the recapitalisation of the Accell Group.
• Advising the financing sources to provide a debt financing package in support of KPS Capital Partners' acquisition of Innomotics from Siemens AG for an enterprise value of €3.5 billion.
